About

steelersixIn addition to short fiction, Pam Hawley writes humor pieces and is working on her first novel, which blends the creepy and the funny by bringing a brutally murdered “player” back to life as a naked ghost.

Her short story “A Wingding and A Prayer” was published in eFiction Magazine (July 2011). Her short horror fiction, “Peanut Butter and Jelly,” is included in the Spirit of Poe Anthology (2012), and her “The Runaway Who Wasn’t The Bride” is included in Chicken Soup for the Soul: Here Comes the Bride (2012).

When not working her day job or writing (which is something she really should be doing more often), Pam can most likely be found reading, hanging out at Hawley’s Pub in Baltimore, or cheering the Pittsburgh Steelers (much to the annoyance of everyone else at Hawley’s Pub).

Thanks Ned! That’s my Mom’s dog Fluke, but he adopted me as a human sis even though I’d grown and moved out of her house long before he came to live there. One of the many reasons dogs make the world a much cooler place : ).

Sorry about the passing of your mother. Craig is truly an inspiration to many. and has taught many of us about life and forging ahead. He has a wonderful family and is truly a gifted man. We have a all learned much from Craig’s journey.

Thank you for visiting, Julie. His writing definitely taught me a lot about fighting for the future while enjoying the current moment. Although Mom’s battle is over, those are lessons that I’ll carry with me as I continue my journey, too : ). .
